Actively involved in research collaboration with researchers and transportation officials from TDOT.

Planned and prepared course lectures and activities for Traffic Engineering (undergraduate class) and Probabilistic Methods in Civil Engineering (graduate class). Designed and graded course assessments to ensure the students’ progress was on track. I have guided several students to accomplish course objectives and goals.

Supervised the construction and hydraulic testing of three reservoir tanks under the Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Improvement Project. Tasked with overseeing quality assurance and quality control of all civil works related to the project which included the underground installation of Ductile Iron pipes, construction material, and the reinstatement of roads and structures.

Appointed to prepare a water safety plan, per the WHO guidelines, for use with gravity water supply systems in rural Nepal. Worked for the project under the funding provided by USAID (USA) and DFID (UK).

Civil Engineer, JAARSA Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
Designed water canals for rural districts under the District Small Irrigation Master Plan (DSIMP) for the Government of Nepal. Successfully organized district-level meetings and collected data for executing DSIMP in two districts.
